Locally owned and specialty coffee shop with over 100 different options. We serve breakfast & lunch everyday till 3pm. We are the home of the BREWWRITO as well as many other specialty savory dishes. We serve acai bowls, greek yogurt bowls and fresh smoothies!

Upcoming Events

On Saturday, March 16th, Ashley Horner and Spike’s K9 Fund will begin our 25-hour row for the working dogs! We will finish the row at 9:00 am on Sunday, March 17th. We are inviting the community to come out and show their support for our ***FIFTH ANNUAL LUCK OF THE K9*** event at American Brew (3584 E Stratford Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23455). Join us during the 25-hour challenge as we honor a fallen K9 every hour. Then, from 4 pm-9 pm on March 17th enjoy our community “bark” party. Proceeds from this event will go towards purchasing life- saving equipment for working dogs that keep our communities and country safe. There will be live music, exciting auctions, and a meet & greet with local police K9s! We will also have Spike’s merchandise for sale and copies of “Touching the Dragon” available. Join us and celebrate this St. Patrick’s Day for the dogs!

The Morning Hash

Two eggs made to order, bacon, cilantro-lime quinoa, potatoes, cheddar cheese topped with house-made salsa and avocado.

The Power Bowl

Your choice of chicken, bacon, sausage or egg - quinoa or potatoes - hummus, basil aioli or salsa - sautéed with roasted red peppers, spinach, onions, banana peppers, served over a bed of fresh spinach and avocado.

The Acai Bowl

Acai, strawberries, blueberries, and bananas blended with 2% milk topped with house-made granola, seasonal fruit and agave drizzle.

The French Toast

Two slices of sourdough bread dipped in our house-made batter toasted and topped with strawberries, powdered sugar served with maple syrup. Two eggs made to order and the choice between bacon or sausage.
